Please note that all Untracked Shipping options are an uninsured delivery service and is chosen at the purchaser's risk.

If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please get in contact and we will investigate accordingly.

Duty, VAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. The amount, if any, of applicable duty, VAT, tariffs and taxes will vary by country and are payable by the customer. All international shipments dispatch with a clearly labelled customs declaration including the value of the order, and requests to lower the declared value will be denied.
